Everything on this site and in our products — videos, guides, PDFs, charts, and posts — is educational material about trading concepts. Past performance of any strategy, pattern, or example does not guarantee future results. Worked examples are hypothetical and labeled as such. We make no promise of profit or income.
3. Products and payments
Digital products are delivered electronically after purchase through our checkout provider (currently Gumroad). Prices are shown in US dollars. Because products are digital downloads delivered immediately, refund requests are handled case by case — contact us through the checkout provider's receipt if something is wrong with your files and we will make it right.
4. Your account and content
Purchases are licensed for your personal use. Do not redistribute, resell, or publicly post the full content of paid products. Free sample material may be shared with attribution.
5. Third parties
This site links to third-party platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Gumroad, GitHub). We are not responsible for their content, policies, or availability. References to other companies' products or funds (for example, in educational explainers) are not endorsements and imply no affiliation.
6. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
